Consultations are a valuable tool for therapists and patients. 


  • A therapy consultation can help you decide if the therapist is a right fit for your needs.

  • The therapist can also confirm that they are able to provide the type of therapy you need to reach your goals.

How to prepare for your consultation:

  • Write down questions you need answers too.

  • Write dow the goals you would like to achieve.

  • Share current and past struggles.


Here are some additional tips for conducting successful consultation:

  • Make sure you set fifteen mintues aside in a quiet space.

  • Be on time as it is a quick consultation.

  • Know your scheudle so you can schedule your first session.
